In order to obtain a visa of Australia, the following requirements must be fulfilled:

If you are sponsored by AusAID or Defence, or are a secondary school exchange student, you are not required to enrol in a registered course in order to be granted a student visa.
However, you must be enrolled in a full-time course of study or training.

Scholarships are offered by the Australian Government, education institutions and a number of other organisations. Australian Government scholarships are not available for international students undertaking English language training specifically in Australia.
